Returns & Exchanges

Dear Customers, Items can be exchanged for store credit or refunded within 7 days of delivery or purchase date. The item should be in an original brand-new condition with all tags remaining. We are not able to accept returns if:
  • items are not in their original condition: have been worn, smell, stains, marks or any other damage.
  • items don’t have their tags attached (including all fabric and paper tags).

To request your return please follow the steps below:
  • Send Us an email to You@betrendy.com.au with information about the order date, order number, reason for return and whether would you like to get store credit or a refund.
  • Wait for our confirmation.
  • After receiving our confirmation, you can send the item back to us, Please note the postage cost for the returned item is covered by you.
  • We recommend using a tracking method of postage to send your return to us. We are not responsible for the stolen or lost parcels.
  • We will then proceed with the return within five days after we receive the returned item or we will let you know if the return can’t proceed if the item is not in an original brand-new condition. In that case, we will return the item to the sender.
