Dear Customers,
Items can be exchanged for store credit or refunded within 7 days of delivery date. Item should be in an original brand-new condition with all tags remain.
We are not able to accept return if:
- items are not in their original condition: have been worn, have smell, stains, marks or any other damage.
- items don’t have their tags attached (including all fabric and paper tags).
- purchased clearance items unless they are faulty.
To request you return please follow steps below:
- Send Us email to You@betrendy.com.au with information about order date, order number, reason for return and would you like to get store credit or refund.
- Wait for our confirmation.
- After receiving our confirmation, you can send item back to use, Please note the postage cost on return item is to me covered by you.
- We recommend to use tracked method of postage to send your return back to us. We are not responsiblefor the stolen or lost parcels.
- We will procced return withing five days after we received return item or we will let you know return can’t be proceeded if item is not in an original brand-new condition. In that case we will return item to the sender.
Store credit is valid for 12 months since date of issue.
